How to Edit a Pre-Existing Question in the Drip7 Platform Library

This guide details the process for editing a pre-existing question in the Drip7 platform library.

 

Step 1: Log in to the Drip7 Admin Dashboard

  • Access the Drip7 platform via a web-ready device (e.g., computer, phone, or tablet) using your admin credentials.
  • Navigate to the admin dashboard.

 

Step 2: Navigate to the Content Library

  • From the dashboard, locate the content library, labeled “Content”.
  • Use the search functionality to find a specific question by entering its name or keywords. You may also filter by categories or question types to further narrow your results.

 

Step 3: Select the Pre-Existing Question and Edit

  • Browse the library or filter by category (e.g., “Cyber Core,” “Phishing,” or “Policy Acknowledgment”) to locate the question you wish to edit.
  • Click on the question to open its details for editing. For example, select a question from the “Social Engineering” category to modify its content (text, images, videos).
  • Modify the question text to align with your organization’s goals or branding
  • Change the question format if needed, choosing from options like true/false, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, slider, checkbox, QR code, or no-answer content.
  • Add or update media, such as images, videos, or infographics, to enhance engagement, as supported by Drip7’s platform.

 

Step 4: Preview and Save the Edited Question

  • The window’s preview tab allows you to verify the user experience, ensuring the question aligns with branding and training objectives. Save the changes to update the question in the library.

Note: Changes to content will be reflected instantaneously.
