How to Add a Category on the Drip7 Platform

This guide outlines the process for adding a new category in the Drip7 platform to organize training content.

 

 

Step 1: Access the Admin Dashboard

  • Log in to the Drip7 platform using your admin credentials on a desktop computer.
  • Navigate to the content management section, labeled “Content,” in the admin dashboard.

 

Step 2: Create a New Category

  • In the content management area, locate the “Category” tab.
  • Click the option to add a new category (“Add Category”).
  • Enter a descriptive name for the category to organize related questions thematically.
    • Example: “Phishing Awareness” for phishing-related content or “October Cybersecurity Month” for a specific campaign.
  • Save the category to add it to the Drip7 library, making it available for associating with questions or curricula.

 

Notes

    • Categories act as folders to streamline content organization, ensuring questions are easily searchable and manageable.
    • Use clear, thematic names to align with training goals or branding.
    • For bulk question uploads, categories can be created automatically via Drip7’s spreadsheet template.
