How to Create a New User

Use this feature to add new learners to your Drip7 platform quickly and easily.

Steps:

‍

1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
2. Navigate to the Users tab.
3. Click Create New User in the top-right corner.
4. Enter the user's Full Name, Nickname, and Email fields.
5. If desired, ensure the Welcome Email checkbox is selected (this sends an email prompting the user to log in and create a password).
6. Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

The user will receive their welcome email and can log into Drip7 to set up their password and start training.TipThis method is ideal for onboarding individual users; for bulk imports, consider using the Add Users from File option in the Users tab.
