How to Adjust User Points in Bulk (Everyone or Multiple Users)
Bulk point adjustments allow you to reward or update multiple users at once.
Steps:
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to the Points tab.
- Click Assign Points (top-right corner).
Choose Your Action Type:
- Add – Adds a specific number of points to each selected user.
- Min – Sets a minimum point total for users who answered at least one question.
- Max – Sets a maximum point total users can reach that day.
- Assign (most commonly used) – Sets a fixed point total for the day and overrides any points already earned.
- Enter a description (this appears in the points log).
- Specify the number of points.
- Select the date the adjustment should apply.
- Choose users individually or click ALL to select everyone.
- Click Save.
You’ll see a green confirmation message once the adjustment is successful.
