How to Adjust (Individual) User Points

Use this feature to manually update points for a specific learner.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Find and select the user whose points you’d like to adjust.
  4. Open the user profile.
  5. Locate the Edit Points section.
  6. Enter the desired point value for the question you would like to adjust. The user must have answered the question in order for the point count to be edited.
  7. Click Save.

Tip:

This is helpful for correcting missed activity, awarding bonus points, or fixing discrepancies.
