How to Adjust (Individual) User Points
Use this feature to manually update points for a specific learner.
Steps:
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Click the Users tab.
- Find and select the user whose points you’d like to adjust.
- Open the user profile.
- Locate the Edit Points section.
- Enter the desired point value for the question you would like to adjust. The user must have answered the question in order for the point count to be edited.
- Click Save.
Tip:
This is helpful for correcting missed activity, awarding bonus points, or fixing discrepancies.
