How to Add a New User

Step 1 — Log Into Drip7

  1. Go to your Drip7 admin portal.
  2. Sign in using your administrator credentials.

Once logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard. Use the top right drop-down menu to switch to "Switch to Admin".

Step 2 — Navigate to Users

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Users
  2. Select Create New User.

This opens the new user creation pane.

Step 3 — Enter User Details

Fill in the required fields:

  • Full Name
  • Nickname (Leaderboard Name)
  • Email Address
  • Group (If Applicable)
  • Role (Admin / User)

💡 Tip: Be sure to check "on" the Welcome Email box to ensure they receive their email invitation to get started.
